SOCIAL MEDIA

Social Media sites provide social buttons and similar features which we use on our website – such as the “share this” function on our blog posts.

ONLINE FORMS

If you provide your email address to us or complete a form on our website with personally identifiable information, your details will be stored to allow a response to your enquiry.  This will be done in a fully secure and encrypted manner.

ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS

When you order a gift voucher on our website we will record specific personal information about you, such as your name and email address.

We also log account and transaction history for accounting purposes, and to monitor our business activities. Your information whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

ONLINE PAYMENTS – STRIPE

We use Stripe to process payments. By using a third party payment processor such as Stripe we avoid ever coming into contact with your sensitive payment information. When you provide payment details on our website they are sent to Stripe directly for processing. Less sensitive information, such as your name, email address, and address will be shared with us in order to processes your purchase.

THIRD PARTIES

We use Setmore to provide our online appointment booking system.  The information you provide in order to book an appointment is all done via their website and personally identifiable information is required in order to complete your booking.  We have no control over how your data is managed by them, so please see Setmore’s privacy policy for further details – https://www.setmore.com/privacy

In addition to our booking system, we work with a marketing agency called Source Marketing who have access to our databases and systems which enables them to carry out marketing campaigns on our behalf.  They will never share or use your details for any purposes other than our own, as outlined here.
