Welcome to Rejuvenate Clinic. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to protect both you, the client, and us, the service provider, and to ensure we meet the standards set out by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS).

1. Medical Oversight & Regulation

Rejuvenate Clinic is a regulated independent healthcare provider registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). All medical treatments are provided by trained professionals and are subject to clinical assessment, consent, and documentation in accordance with HIS guidelines.

2. Consultations

• All new clients are required to attend a consultation before any treatment.
• Consultations incur a small fee, which is redeemable against your first treatment.
• During consultation, your medical history, concerns, and expectations will be discussed in detail.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best clinical interest.

3. Treatment Suitability & Consent

• All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and informed consent.
• Results and risks will be discussed fully before proceeding.
• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment unless otherwise permitted by Scottish healthcare legislation.
• You have the right to withdraw consent at any time prior to treatment.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a non-refundable charge.
• Persistent no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept most major payment methods.
• Treatment fees are non-refundable once a procedure has been carried out.
• Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary between individuals.
• If there is a clinical issue or adverse event, a follow-up review will be offered.

6. Medical Skincare & Products

• We are authorised stockists of AlumierMD and Lilóra skincare.
• Due to hygiene regulations, products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
• Product recommendations are based on your consultation and clinical assessment.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client information is stored securely and treated in accordance with GDPR and HIS confidentiality standards.
• Medical records will only be accessed by authorised clinical staff.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Complaints Policy

• We strive to offer the highest standards of care.
• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
• A copy of our full Complaints Policy is available on request and follows HIS guidance.

9. Service Changes & Clinic Policy

• Treatments, prices, and policies are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• By continuing to use our services, you accept the most recent version of these terms.
